Obviously, NCSoft should sue NCSoft.

Yes I realize that NCSoft is ALL POWERFUL, but I still find it kind of cool. Lineage 2 and GuildWars are just two incredibly different games with different are styles. Honestly, I'm not surprised that the concept art for a sword in guild wars was found on the lineage 2 site. The sword just seemed too different from any other weapons we have in GW.

That's not all. I hear GW uses human avatars, just like Lineage 2. What a blatant ripoff!

I know! I can't believe it. They practically stole all ideas from other NCSoft games!!!

The only question is, WHAT CAME FIRST! The Lineage or the guild wars?

That's odd... too specific a model to say it's not a copy.

The swords do look quite similar. I wonder who the artists are.

It's probably just a nod to/easter egg for Lineage 2 players (hey I got that sword! It cost me 100 mil Adena! Or whatever..). Would indeed be nice to see more cameo's like this.

(Put Rurik/Glint/Kuunavang/Shiro in Aion!)

Btw, Aion looks entirely awesome...

Yeah, would be cool to see other things like this. Guild wars has great art, no doubt about that, but L2 has some of the best looking weps imo. If we could get a dragonslayer (look at weapons part on library in their site) that is the same size as it is in L2...

lots of other weapons copied too. i can see stygian being inspired by the first ax, break hammer by the hammer, and a gothic ax by 2nd ax

Lineage is an NCSoft game. It is not surprising that they have shared resources somewhat.

Destroyer Weapons are ArenaNet-ified Daedric Weapons.

They took a good thing, copied it, and then ruined it
